KIDS GALA 2023

The Annual Day celebration for primary “KIDS GALA“ was celebrated today (13.01.2023) with great fanfare and enthusiasm. The Chief Guest was Mr. Sanket B Waghe IAS, Assistant Collector,Training, Salem. The Guest of Honour was Dr. R. Murugan, CEO, Salem. Mrs. Poongothai who will retire in the month of May 2023 was also among the guests. Rev Fathers, Sisters, Parents, Teachers, PTA and COSA members were also present for the memorable function.

The programme started with a thunderous applause as babies of LKG and UKG demonstrated the importance of Millets as the Year 2023 has been declared as “The Year of Millets”. Babies spoke, danced and sang songs to put forth the idea.

Mr. Sanket B Waghe delivered a very inspiring address when he shared his journey which had innumerable hurdles and challenges. His four core principles for parents was worth emulating.

Dr. R. Murugan, CEO, Salem District emphasized bringing up children based on the foundation of innovative ideas and the example of an oyster that grows into a pearl after 15 years.

The right environment and upbringing alone can turn a little child into a strong youth for the future were the thoughts he shared with our parents.

The Best Student Achiever Award was also bestowed on students from LKG to Std IV. A skit titled “SAILAVARMANIN OLIYUM OLIYUM”, rejoiced and celebrated the season of Pongal in Tamil Nadu. Speeches and poems exhibited the extraordinary skills of our dear children.
