INTERNATIONAL MUSICIAN DAY

Every Year November 22nd is celebrated as International Musician's Day. It is also celebrated as the Feast Day of St. Cecilia, who was anointed as a patroness of Music by Pope Gregory XIII in 1594. The Programme started with a prayer service. We had a Quiz on Music, Speech on St. Cecilia, Instrumental Symphony No. 9 and a Song dedicated to St. Cecelia by the students of class III to XII. Students from various clubs like band, instrument and singing gave a wonderful musical entertainment.
