DISTRICT ANNUAL CAMP BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES

The Bharat Scouts and Guides Salem District conducted an Annual camp in Shankar Park, Seshanchavadi, Salem on 02.04.2022 and 03.04.2022. The camp started at 10 a.m. on Saturday and culminated at 4.30 p.m. on Sunday the 3rd of April. The guides were accompanied by their guide teachers Mr. Murugesan, Mrs. Bernadette Sonia, Mrs. Malathi.

The guides of Cluny Battalion were participant of the camp and they were divided into three groups as follows:
1. Pravesh – 22 guides
2. Dvitiya Sopan – 34 guides
3. Rashtrapathi Preparatory Camp I – 14 guides

The guides were trained in various areas as per syllabus. They were as follows:
• Promise and Law
• Knots and lashings
• Games
• Activities
• Camp fire
• Flag procedure
• Pioneering projects
On completion of the camp certificates were distributed to the guides . A great learning experience for the young guides.
