BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

The Salem District Basketball Federation affiliated to Tamil Nadu Basketball Association organized and conducted tournaments for U13 Mini District Championship in the school campus between 02.04.2022 – 03.04.2022. The programme was inaugurated by the Principal Rev. Sr. Roselyn. 20 schools participated in the event. This is the first time that our school has organized a tournament at the district level in basketball.
This event is also a parallel selection for Salem District Sub Junior U13 for boys and girls team. Various dignitaries Deputy Mayor of Salem Mrs. Sharadha Devi , The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Inspector of Police Hasthampatty Branch, Director of Triveni Group were present during the meet.
Principals of St. Paul’s School, St. Joseph's, Gugai, St Mary’s graced the occasion with their presence.

2. Holy Angels MHSS - Second
3. Sri Sharada Vidhyalaya HSS - Third
4. Vazhapadi Team - 4th

Boys :
1. St Mary’s, Agraharam Nattamangalam - First
2. T.R.S - Second
3. Dunk Yard Academy - Third
We are happy to announce that two of our girls Sasmitha R S of class V & Harnitha I of class VII received best player award under 13 category. Prizes were distributed to the prize winners on the final day 27.03.2022 evening by the Assistant Commisioner of Police Mr. Saravanan and Inspector of Police Mr. Prakash.
The event was very well managed by the games teachers of the school under the leadership of Mr. Pannerselvam.
